Let us know how you like it!

Ingredients

 8 ounces of elbow macaroni
 1/4 cup butter
 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
 2 cups milk
 8 ounces process cheese (eg. Velveeta), cubed
 1 tablespoon chopped onion
 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1/4 teaspoon pepper
 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
 2 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Place in a greased 2-qt. baking dish; set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until well blended. Gradually add milk; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes; reduce heat. Add cheese, onion, Worchestire sauce, salt, pepper and mustard; stir until cheese melts. Pour over macaroni and mix well. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 30-40 minutes, until bbbly and beginning to turn golden brown.  Yield: 6 servings.

Variations

Try adding in 2T of crumbled blue cheese. It adds a gourmet dimension in taste.

Try subbing seasoned panko crumbs in place of the bread crumbs, and double the amount to 4 T. It gives a nice, crispy texture, not soggy.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

"I look to a day when people will not be judged by the
color of their skin, but by the content of their character."

~Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Each year on the third Monday of January, schools, federal offices, post offices, banks, and many businesses across America close as we celebrate the birth, the life and the dream of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. A time to remember his fight for the freedom, equality, and dignity of all races and peoples. A time to remember the message of change through nonviolence.
